To request a refund, the region registrar must receive official notice that the player will no longer be participating in the current/upcoming season and a Registration Refund Request form must be mailed to the region PO Box.

[email protected] All refund requests must be received (not just postmarked) no later than the day prior to season's or program's first scheduled game or event.
Core Program Refund Policy: Requests received before the day of the season's or program's first scheduled game or event will receive a full refund less the non-refundable AYSO National Membership fee (currently $20.00) and less the Region's published administrative and processing cost (currently $20) per player. If the the request is not received a day before the season, no part of the fee paid is refundable.
EXTRA Program Refund Policy: No refunds are available for EXTRA Program Registration, Team Trainer, Jersey and/or Tournament Fees.
Any registration fees that were paid by check or cash, the refund check will be mailed to you. While many refunds are processed sooner, please allow 4-6 weeks. If you have not received an approved refund within 6 weeks, please email our Treasurer about the status of the refund.
